Pets

We love our pets but due to a number of incidents at the house we are unable to accept any pets (with the exception of guide dogs or trained support animals).

Smoking

Swallows Nest B&B is a no smoking venue. We do have outdoor areas for you to smoke if you wish. Please dispose of your cigarette butts appropriately.

Parking

We have limited, free, on street parking opposite Swallows Nest B&B. We will do our best to ensure the spots are available for you, however it does get busy in the village at times. There is a public carpark nearby and we are walking distance from Clapham Station.

Alcohol

We have a small selection of carefully chosen wines available to purchase. Please ask for a price list.

Eating In

While we do not offer evening meals, we can arrange a charcuterie platter or one of ready made meals for you to enjoy during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this (additional costs apply).

Packed Lunches

If you’re heading out for the day and would like a packed lunch, this can be arranged with advance notice for a fee.
